Overview

Private Equity Associate based in the Atlanta office.
Advise strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on M&A transactions.
Manage complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing.
Responsibilities include legal research, drafting legal documents (memos, contracts), client interaction, and team collaboration.
Requires 3-6 years of experience primarily focused on M&A or private equity matters.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading high-profile M&A or PE transactions.
Prior experience at a corporate law firm, preferably an AmLaw 100 firm, is preferred.
Must possess a JD degree and be admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
Essential skills include strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
The expected salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 annually, depending on geographic market and experience.

This role operates under a hybrid work model with regular in-office presence and some flexibility for work-from-home.
