Overview

Private Equity Associate role based in the Chicago office.
Advise strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on M&A transactions.
Manage and assist with complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing.
Requires 5-8 years of experience primarily focused on M&A or private equity matters at a corporate law firm.
Candidates should have experience running high-profile M&A or PE transactions, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm.
Must possess a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Illinois.
Strong academic credentials are required, along with excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Expected salary range is $365,000 - $435,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
This position operates under a hybrid work model, balancing regular in-office presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
