Seeking a Private Equity Associate for the Miami office.
Requires 3-6 years of direct, applicable M&A or Private Equity transactional experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
The role focuses on advising strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on M&A matters, including running high-profile transactions.
Candidates must possess a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Florida.
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents (memos, contracts), assisting with and managing complex M&A transactions from inception through closing, and direct client interaction.
Essential skills include superior academic credentials, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, along with sound business judgment.
