Focus on advising strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on M&A transactions.
Requires 3-7 years of experience from a corporate law firm, with a majority of time dedicated to M&A or Private Equity matters and experience running high-profile transactions. AmLaw 100 firm experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include managing complex M&A and PE transactions from inception to closing, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and participating in negotiations.
Develop and maintain client relationships, providing support, regular updates, and advice.
Requires a JD from an accredited law school and active admission to the New York bar.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and business judgment skills, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
The role operates under a hybrid work model, requiring regular in-office presence with some flexibility for remote work.
