Senior Attorney role within DLA Piper's Litigation group.
Position is based in either the Short Hills, NJ or Miami, FL office and is not on the partnership track.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability.
Demonstrated experience appearing in both state and federal courts is essential.
Previous state or federal court clerkship experience is considered a plus.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required, along with active Bar admission in New Jersey or Florida.
Key responsibilities include complex legal analysis, research, producing timely and accurate work product, and managing client relationships.
Expected to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, respond efficiently to correspondence, and consistently meet deadlines.
Will mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
Requires the ability to work under pressure, maintain sustained concentration, and be available for work during evenings and weekends as needed.
Regular travel is expected for client meetings, advocacy before tribunals, and business development activities.
This is a hybrid position, requiring regular in-office presence with some flexibility for remote work.
