Manage complex deal processes, including LP investments for private equity, family offices, and sovereign funds.
Oversee specialist counsel on tax structures and financing agreements related to acquisitions.
Provide general corporate counsel, including ensuring consistency of board minutes, operating agreements, and commercial contracts with client strategy.
Offer proactive risk management and corporate governance advisory for multi-jurisdictional entities.
Requires minimum of 6 years of high-level corporate law experience, ideally from a Vault 50 firm or a sophisticated private equity/M&A boutique.
