The associate will work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy, and related insolvency matters, and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche, and mezzanine transactions.
Candidates are required to have two to five years of corporate finance experience gained at a large law firm.
The individual hired may have the option of electing a lower billable-hours track, with a proportional reduction in salary.
