The associate will work closely with partners on a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour collective actions, class actions, and single plaintiff cases, alongside handling complex advice matters.
Responsibilities include managing single-plaintiff cases, playing a substantial role in managing complex litigation, collaborating on case strategy and tactics, substantial brief writing, interviewing witnesses, preparing fact presentations, drafting discovery requests and responses, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research, drafting research memoranda, providing employment law advice and counsel, and undertaking trial work as required.
