The role is a full-time Senior Associate or Counsel position.
Located in the firm's North Jersey office.
Focuses exclusively on brief writing for products/mass tort litigation.
Responsibilities include drafting substantive briefs and motions, such as complex dispositive motions, summary judgment motions, arbitration motions, appeals, and mediation statements.
Develop and implement briefing strategies for clients across various jurisdictions.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of legal research and writing experience, preferably in products/mass tort matters.
Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to stay informed on multi-jurisdictional products/mass tort laws.
NJ Bar admission is required; NY Bar admission in addition to NJ is preferred.
Prior experience at a large law firm is preferred.
The target annual base salary for this role is $275,000+.
