Overview

This is a Junior to Mid-Level Associate position within the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Duane Morris LLP.
You should have at least 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property law.
Core experience includes managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, encompassing clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.
Experience with TTAB proceedings or trademark litigation is preferred.
Additional experience in copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, licensing, or privacy is a plus.
Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials.
Strong communication, organization, research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
Bar admission in New York or Philadelphia is preferred, or the ability to become admitted by waiver.
The target annual pay range for this role is $220,000-$280,000.
Actual pay will vary based on experience and other factors, and the total compensation package may include discretionary bonuses and firm benefits.
