The role involves supporting all phases of complex litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities also include providing high-quality legal research, writing, and analytical support, and preparing dispositive motions, drafting briefs, and assisting with oral arguments in both state and federal court.
The position requires managing multiple matters simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients to understand business objectives on a wide range of disputes.
Candidates should have prior complex commercial litigation experience, preferably in construction, energy, or professional liability disputes.
This is a non-partnership track position.
The role requires in-office presence three days per week.
