Associate position in the Business Litigation practice, based in Minneapolis.
Represent national and international clients across all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial matters.
2-5 years of litigation experience at a law firm is required.
Specific experience needed in litigation procedure, discovery (including e-discovery), motion practice, and brief writing.
Prior experience with depositions, hearings, and oral arguments is a plus.
Federal judicial law clerk experience is preferred.
Strong academic credentials, organizational skills, attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
Hybrid work model requires attorneys to be in the office three days per week.
Initial annual salary range: $210,000 - $265,000.
Total compensation includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life/health/accident/disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
