The role offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters, serving a national and international client base.
Candidates should have prior experience in complex commercial litigation, including consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes, franchise litigation, contractor classification disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation.
A particular emphasis on litigation procedure, including the discovery process and e-discovery, is required.
Deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus.
The firm's in-office work policy asks all attorneys, consulting professionals, and paraprofessionals to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week.
