Business Litigation Associate position based in the Minneapolis office.
Practice focuses on general commercial, civil, and business litigation for national and international clients.
Work involves complex commercial litigation, including consumer class actions, antitrust, M&A litigation, securities/shareholder disputes, corporate governance, franchise litigation, contractor classification disputes, real estate financing/development, or multi-district/multi-forum litigation.
Requires two to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice.
Emphasis on litigation procedure, including discovery and e-discovery processes.
Deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and robust writing and analytical abilities.
Active bar membership is required.
Attorneys are expected to work from the office three days per week.
