Seeking candidates with 3-6 years of post-JD experience in corporate finance.
Focus on finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings.
Experience working with financial institutions, private credit lenders, or borrowers is required.
Responsibilities include drafting loan, security, intercreditor, and related legal documents.
Role also involves advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, and managing specialists.
Qualifications include a strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
Attorneys are expected to work from a firm office three days per week.
The anticipated initial annual salary range is $180,000 – $315,000, varying based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
Total compensation package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, health/life/disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
