Overview

Associate position in the Corporate practice group.
Location: Any Faegre Drinker office within the United States.
Requires 3-6 years of corporate law experience.
Focus on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate and commercial matters.
Must have experience leading due diligence teams and managing specialists.
Proficiency in drafting transaction documents is essential.
Strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments independently are required.
The Corporate practice group serves public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
Hybrid work model: Attorneys work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week.
Initial annual salary range: $180,000 - $315,000, variable based on location, skills, and experience.
Total compensation package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses.
Benefits include life, health, accident, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) plan.
