Responsibilities include all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution.
Work focuses on patent strategies for cutting-edge technologies, with a strong preference for experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other emerging technologies.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Must be currently admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed patent agent is required.
Prior experience in client counseling or the software and hardware industry is a plus.
This position follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in-office.
The initial annual salary range is $110,000 - $180,000, complemented by productivity and discretionary bonuses, and a 401(k) plan.
