Demonstrated experience with mechanical technologies is essential, along with the ability to handle chemical or materials science patent applications.
Applicants must be registered with the USPTO and admitted to a state bar (or eligible for admission by wave-in).
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
This is a hybrid work model requiring attorneys to work from one of the firm's offices three days per week.
The initial annual salary range for this position is $175,000 – $255,000, with the final salary depending on skills, experience, and location.
The total compensation package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, plus benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
