Overview

Seeking a partner-track associate for the Labor Management Relations team.
The position is located in the firm's Philadelphia office.
Requires 2-5 years of experience focused on traditional labor law.
Core experience must include first or second chair in labor arbitrations, prosecuting and defending National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union avoidance.
Experience litigating wage and hour class and collective actions, especially those involving unionized employees, is a plus.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work effectively across offices.
Attorneys are expected to work from a firm office three days per week.
The anticipated initial annual salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000.
The total compensation package includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, comprehensive insurance benefits (life, health, accident, disability), and a 401(k) plan.
