The role involves a broad range of labor and employment law responsibilities, including representing clients in employment litigation, wage and hour class and collective actions, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, and administrative agency matters.
Preference is given to candidates admitted to practice in Delaware and/or New Jersey, in addition to Pennsylvania.
Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate an ability to manage and advance cases and be willing to work across offices.
The firm requires attorneys to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week to balance in-person collaboration, relationship-building, exceptional client service, and individual flexibility.
