The position offers work on sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration, and transfer tax matters for individuals, families, fiduciaries, non-profit organizations, and closely held businesses.
The associate will draft estate planning and administration documents, research estate, trust and tax law issues, prepare estate and gift tax returns, and assist with estate and trust administration work.
Demonstrated success in work related to trust and estate administration, probate, or gift and estate tax is required.
Comfort with working with financial and tax-related data in Excel is preferred.
The firm's in-office work policy requires attorneys to work from a Faegre Drinker office three days per week.
