Located in the Florham Park, New Jersey office, managing real estate matters throughout the United States.
Requires 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Experience must include drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements, and financing documents.
Familiarity with transactions involving land use approvals and contingencies is preferred.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail.
The anticipated initial annual base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $280,000.
Total compensation includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, plus a benefits package covering life, health, accident, and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
A three-day per week in-office presence is required in the Florham Park office.
