Priya helped hone my resume with several iterations, and would give me a reason for why something was removed or kept in when I would disagree. I can tell from my initial answers on the mock interviews that I would have had a lot fewer offers without Priya’s help. Priya was also helpful in providing information for each interview I appeared for, and having a quick discussion about the firm and the interviewees before I appeared for most interviews. I was located on the east coast, and I interviewed for lateral positions across the country in both large markets and smaller markets. Priya handled all the logistics for all my interviews. I started looking for positions in December, and had the offer I ultimately accepted by January. Priya worked tirelessly with me over the holidays and into the new year to get me placed. Priya was also invaluable for negotiating my compensation and benefits. Overall, I can’t imagine my search being as fruitful without Priya’s help.
