Overview

Represents employers in labor and employment matters.
Manages substantive case responsibilities, contributes to case strategy, and engages directly with clients.
Handles litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing written and electronic discovery (including e-discovery strategy), drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations.
Works on a broad range of labor and employment matters, covering both litigation and advice and counseling.
Requires a strong foundation in litigation; prior labor and employment experience is preferred, but candidates from other defense-side complex litigation practices with a strong interest in developing a labor and employment practice are welcomed.
Expected to manage multiple complex matters with a level of independence appropriate to experience.
