Overview

Commercial Litigation Associate role based in the Denver office.
Seeking candidates with 3-4 years of business litigation experience (Class of 2022-2023).
Core responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting/defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and appearing for status conferences.
Expectation to argue motions in both state and federal court.
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
Experience with settlement conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation is preferred.
Active membership in the Colorado Bar is required; admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
Requires strong academic credentials and a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.
Direct interaction with partners and clients is a regular part of the role.
