Foley & Lardner is seeking a 4th year Commercial Litigation Associate (law school graduation class of 2022) for their Milwaukee office.
Candidates must be active and in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar.
A JD from an ABA-approved law school and top academics are required.
Must have strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Required experience includes complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and court filings.
Preferred experience includes written and document discovery, depositions, and general case management.
Experience with settlement conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation is also preferred.
Meaningful experience in federal court practice, including appellate briefing and motion practice, is strongly encouraged.
Comfort with direct interaction with partners and clients, alongside strong interpersonal skills, is essential.
The expected salary for this position is $290,000.
