Must be a strong and persuasive legal writer and oral advocate with experience handling complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Preferred experience includes representing clients in consumer class actions, consumer protection and unfair trade practices litigation, financial services disputes, regulatory matters, and other complex commercial litigation.
Candidates should have experience researching and drafting dispositive motions, appellate briefs, class certification briefing, and other substantive filings; analyzing complex statutory and regulatory issues; developing litigation strategy; working with experts; and preparing matters for hearings, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
Strongly preferred experience also encompasses Government Enforcement Defense & Investigations and Commercial Litigation work.
Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Top academics are required.
