The position involves representing health care providers, health care technology companies, investors, and other industry participants in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, corporate governance, and strategic growth initiatives.
Preferred experience for the role includes advising hospitals and health systems, physician practices, behavioral health providers, digital health companies, and other health care-focused businesses.
The role requires the ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while working collaboratively as part of a national health care team.
