Requires 1-4 years of experience handling M&A, financings, securities, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
Direct client, partner, and senior associate interaction is expected; comfortable working in a team environment.
Essential skills include strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Candidates must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic credentials.
Active membership in good standing of a U.S. Bar is required, with timely admission to the Wisconsin Bar a condition of employment.
The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $310,000, determined by education, experience, and other job-related factors.
