Overview

Commercial Litigation Associate position in the Miami office.
Requires 4-5 years of business litigation experience.
Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing and hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school.
Substantial experience with complex business litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
Key responsibilities include conducting and managing discovery (written, document, depositions), researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and court filings.
Expected to prepare witnesses, appear for status conferences, and argue motions.
Demonstrated persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
Preference for candidates with experience in settlement conferences, negotiations, trial preparation, and federal court clerkships.
Strong preference for fluency in both written and verbal Spanish and English, including legal documents.
Comfortable with direct interaction with partners and clients; requires a strong work ethic.
The expected salary range for this position is $290,000 - $310,000.
