Overview

M&A Associate position requiring 4-8 years of relevant experience.
This role is available in any U.S. office.
Focus primarily on U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a significant emphasis on private equity-driven transactions.
Advise publicly and privately held middle market/upper middle market companies, private equity sponsors, and other investors.
Work involves complex corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
Candidates should have strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple workstreams and direct interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and deal teams is essential.
An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships is valued.
The salary range for this position is $290,000 - $420,000.

Requirements: JD from an ABA-accredited law school, strong academic credentials, active Bar membership, and timely admission to the Bar of the hiring state.
