Ed was absolutely fantastic. When I was strongly considering new employment, Ed reached out and explained a new opportunity to me. He provided great insight into the firm, was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process, and really went to bat for me during the negotiations. Moreover, his prep for the multiple interviews was key to focusing on what the firm was looking for and really gave me an edge and comfortability going in to those meetings. Beyond the substantive work, I think what sets Ed really apart is the time he took to slow things down and make sure that I was comfortable with the move and that the position was right for me, which I really appreciated. In the end, I got the job and I am very happy with the decision and I don't think I would be here without Ed's help. I can't recommend him enough!

I would highly recommend Steven to any attorney looking to make a lateral move. I felt so supported throughout the entire process, and Steven was always available for a call or to quickly answer a text or email when I had any questions or concerns. Steven also took the time to really get to know me as a person and professional, ensuring that I didn’t just find a new role, but a role, practice group, and firm that were a great fit for me and my professional goals. The lateral process can be intimidating and a bit unnerving, but Steven’s encouragement and guidance made the process much easier to navigate. I am so grateful for his support throughout the process, and his continued support as I transition into my new role. Thank you so much, Steven!
