Overview

  • Required experience includes substantial commercial real estate and financing transactions across diverse property types, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, and other commercial real estate projects.
  • Candidates must have significant experience drafting, negotiating, and managing documents for these transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
  • Experience in real estate development and joint venture work is preferred.
  • The role involves significant direct interaction with partners and clients, alongside a willingness to mentor and support junior attorneys.
