Overview

Experience is required in commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.
Candidates must have experience drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
Experience in real estate development and joint venture work is considered a plus.
The role involves direct interaction with partners and clients.
