Requires 1-4 years of relevant experience in estate planning.
Draft estate planning and business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Conduct income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning analyses.
Support charitable planning and tax-exempt organization matters.
Engage in estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings and fiduciary advisory work.
Assist with the preparation and review of federal estate and gift tax filings.
Requires strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters.
Must have a foundational understanding of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax concepts, with an interest in developing a long-term practice.
Candidates need strong academic credentials, a JD from an ABA accredited law school, and active bar membership in good standing.
Timely admission to the Wisconsin Bar is a condition of employment.
The expected salary range for this position is $225,000 - $310,000.
