Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates, and prepare federal gift and estate tax returns.
Provide support for tax-exempt organization planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice.
Requires strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar, and possess strong academic credentials.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $260,000.
