The role offers substantial responsibility working on a broad range of complex commercial litigation, receivership, bankruptcy-related litigation, and financial restructuring matters.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys across the Litigation and Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy departments on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.
The firm seeks an attorney prepared to immediately assume a meaningful role in case management, client service, and litigation strategy.
Required experience includes managing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings, as well as taking and defending depositions and handling substantive litigation responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Experience drafting and arguing motions is required.
While experience in complex commercial litigation matters is required, experience with bankruptcy-related litigation, receiverships, or creditors’ rights matters is a plus.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
