Overview

Associate position in the Litigation Department based in the Miami office.
Requires 2-3 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) and be actively licensed to practice law in Florida.
Mandatory experience includes federal and state court litigation, trials, depositions, and drafting dispositive motions.

Large law firm experience is preferred.
