Overview

Litigation Paralegal position with Fox Rothschild LLP.
Requires a minimum of ten years of paralegal experience, including prior trial experience.
Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
In-depth working knowledge of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and all related court filing procedures is essential.
Key responsibilities include compiling, preparing, summarizing, indexing, tracking, and controlling case-related materials for discovery, including document review for relevance and privilege.
Provide comprehensive trial support, including assisting with court filings (cite/fact checking, Bluebook, proofreading, exhibit assembly), coordinating trial logistics, and supporting courtroom presentations.
Manage exhibits and other materials during depositions and at trial, and summarize depositions and transcripts.
Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), document review platforms (e.g., Relativity), and document/deposition management platforms (e.g., Everchron).
Must possess strong independent research, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing demands while maintaining confidentiality.
