The position guides companies through successful financing rounds, and complex corporate M&A and commercial transactions.
Candidates should have prior experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm.
An interest in supporting senior attorneys and an aptitude to work closely with founders, executives, and investors is expected.
Experience independently managing significant portions of transactions, including leading deal teams of other associates and subject matter experts, is required.
