Overview

Commercial Litigation Partner position at Fox Rothschild LLP in New York.
Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including consistent client interaction.
Handle matters in state and federal courts, as well as arbitral venues, across the United States.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as an experienced litigator.
Must have significant first-chair trial experience.
Juris Doctorate (JD) and an active license to practice law in New York are required.
Superior academic record and excellent writing skills are essential.
Experience in real estate, debt/lender, or non-compete litigation is a plus.
Large law firm experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
The salary range for this New York City-based position is $275,000 - $320,000; partner compensation will also vary based on business generation.
