Fox Rothschild is seeking a Trademark Associate for its Intellectual Property Department.
Positions are available in Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Raleigh, NC; and Washington, D.C.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in trademark prosecution.
Key responsibilities include trademark prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, clearance, and counseling.
Experience with trademark and copyright litigation or Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings is preferred.
A Juris Doctorate (JD) is required, along with current licensure to practice in the state of the chosen office.
Candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills, and prior law firm experience.
The salary range for offices in California, New York, and Washington, D.C., is $215,000 – $230,000. (Note: Raleigh's salary is not included in this range.)
