Overview

Associate position within the Taxation and Wealth Planning Department at Fox Rothschild.
Requires 5-7 years of dedicated trusts-and-estates experience.
Juris Doctorate (JD) is mandatory, along with an active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.
Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees on complex wealth transfer and estate planning strategies.
Design and implement advanced estate planning techniques, including gift tax planning, charitable giving strategies, irrevocable gifting trusts, and leveraging federal and state tax exemptions.
Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, and ancillary instruments.
Counsel trustees and executors on the administration of trusts and decedents’ estates, including guidance on fiduciary duties and intestacy laws.
Possess strong working knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax regimes.
Demonstrate excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage complex matters independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
