Join the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department at Fox Rothschild LLP in the West Palm Beach office.
Seeking an attorney with 4-10 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, probate, and trust and estate administration.
Core responsibilities include developing and implementing personalized estate plans for individuals and families with varied planning needs.
Draft and review foundational estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Provide counsel on tax-efficient strategies for estate and wealth transfer, and prepare/file federal and state estate and gift tax returns.
Assist with trust and estate administration matters as part of the team.
Exposure to family office structures and advanced planning techniques (e.g., QSBS planning) is a plus, but not required.
Requires a Juris Doctorate (JD) and an active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
An LL.M. in Taxation is beneficial.
Must possess excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage complex matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships.
