Develop case strategies, involving research, drafting, reviewing, client counseling, and triaging initiations, alongside identifying and resolving escalations.
Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals on procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy, also supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance.
Assess eligibility for corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status, and collaborate with client global mobility personnel to prepare petitions and applications for government agencies.
Draft and prepare legal documents based on established precedents and conduct research for client requests.
Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and sharing immigration knowledge.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines.
