Support clients in immigration program management and compliance, which involves assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
Prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies for non-immigrant and immigrant foreign national employees, working closely with client global mobility personnel.
Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents, and conduct research to support client requests and projects.
Supervise junior Associates and other staff directly or indirectly, providing mentoring, coaching, and proactively sharing immigration knowledge and expertise.
Proactively seek and implement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization within processes, products, or services, and ensure accurate use of firm technology for data entry.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically demonstrating the ability to draft fluent prose and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines.
