Overview

This role is positioned as a senior member of the client team, requiring independent oversight and management of assignments with minimal supervision.
Core responsibilities include utilizing legal precedents to develop creative solutions for specific client situations, researching complex technical immigration issues, formulating solutions with appropriate documentation, and independently executing case preparation and filing, alongside developing strategies for complex matters.
Build, strengthen, and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders through activities such as client meetings, briefings, workshops, Q&A sessions, and proactive reporting, ensuring precise, efficient, thoughtful, and organized client communication within established protocols.
Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Expected contributions include understanding the business strategy of the practice area and firm, ensuring adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, and use of firm systems, meeting individual and team productivity goals, identifying cross-selling opportunities, proactively improving quality and efficiency, participating in marketing and business development, and ensuring team compliance with firm standards and policies to mitigate risk.
Candidates should possess an exceptional working knowledge and understanding of immigration law; prior team management experience is preferred.
