Manages a portfolio of high-profile clients as a key account manager, overseeing quality and risk for new and existing business relationships, leading end-to-end project and immigration case management, and taking the lead on major client issues.
Develops and implements strategic plans for client relationship management across teams, offices, and globally; provides market intelligence as a recognized technical expert by anticipating market and regulatory changes.
Leads continuous improvement processes for direct and/or indirect teams, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes, products, or services, and allocating resources to ensure project completion.
Engages in proactive business development, including identifying opportunities, developing significant new business through client relationships, and managing or collaborating on pitch meetings, RFPs, and client presentations.
Provides team-wide leadership, direct or indirect supervision to Associates and other staff, and offers mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
Requires acknowledgment as an expert in immigration law, with prior team management experience strongly preferred.
