Act as a key account manager, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile clients and managing associated quality and risk for new and existing business relationships.
Manage projects and immigration cases end-to-end, leading on major client issues, allocating resources, and monitoring performance for quality and growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans for client relationships, collaborating with colleagues regionally and globally.
Provide market intelligence to the team and clients as a recognized technical expert by anticipating market and regulatory changes.
Lead continuous improvement processes for the team, focusing on enhancing quality, efficiency, and standardization.
Engage in business development by proactively identifying opportunities, developing new business through client relationship building, and managing or collaborating on pitch meetings and RFPs.
Provide team-wide leadership, including direct or indirect supervision, mentoring, coaching, and performance management of Associates and other staff.
Ensure adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, data quality in firm systems, risk mitigation, and regulatory/operational/client compliance.
Candidates must be acknowledged as an expert in immigration law.
Prior team management experience is strongly preferred.
