Associate position in an Energy & Infrastructure M&A practice.
Requires 4-7 years of experience in private equity M&A.
Specific experience representing energy and infrastructure private equity sponsors is a key requirement.
Advise clients including sponsors, project developers, funds, utilities, and infrastructure owners/operators.
Focus on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
Work covers infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors.
Lead and support the full lifecycle of infrastructure M&A, joint venture, and project financing transactions, from bid-process through closing.
The role involves sophisticated, cross-disciplinary matters combining corporate M&A and project finance.
Annual compensation ranges from $310,000 to $420,000.
