Overview

Fluency in Mandarin is required, and experience working in Asia is strongly preferred.
Experience in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and other technology transactions within the life sciences sector.
Providing IP support for corporate transactions in the life sciences arena, including intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence.
Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including intellectual property licenses (patent and trademark), joint development, collaboration, strategic alliance, technology licenses, services agreements (e.g., SaaS), and distribution agreements.
Performing intellectual property and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.
